Beyond the U.S. Open: How Golf Can Make You Rich

The U.S. Open Golf Championship is, without a doubt, a Father’s Day tradition. Golf is the sport of Business. Whether its the Open or the Masters, when the Grand Slams of golf are on TV, you can expect low productivity in the executive suite. However top executives told me that when they get on the links it is a different story. They demand a top-rate performance from themselves and good sportsmanship from the rest of the foursome. In this report I talk to some of the business world’s most successful players, who also golf. They tell me why the game has become an important part of doing business. I also take a look at who is missing from the party (namely women and minorities) and ask what that ultimately means for business.
