A pet peeve of mine is dealing with uncaring customer service folks. When there is a problem with a purchase I dread making the call and often brace for a fight. So I asked a pro how I can have better results. She told me if I wanted to make it less stressful I would have to change. I took her advice and it actually worked. Now I want to share the secret with you.
